Tomoe Goxen is in a house at the location that I have marked on the map. You can get the “Handbook of Thin Air” if you defeat her. I want to beat everyone else in the game. As I met this master early in the game, I didn’t yet have powerful magic or skills. But that won’t prevent me from beating this opponent using my favorite strategy of staying at distance and dealing damage with Ninja Tools.

It won’t take long for the battle to begin, and it won’t seem difficult. You’ll be able find a way through Tomoe Gozen’s block, even though she blocks many direct attacks. Ninja Tools are often used by me when I step back. In this battle, I used the Fire Shuriken, Kunai, and Pinwheel Shuriken. The Fire Shuriken can be used even if blocked. It explodes and causes fire damage.

Pinwheel Shuriken can be effective when it is able to pass through an enemy and deliver a powerful attack from behind. Kunai is also very damaging from afar and charges quickly due to its perfect dodging. You should use the Head of the Iga Ninja Set to enhance the effects of these items. To give you an idea, I finished the game using this set. I swapped out items with a higher defense when I found them.

Although Tomoe Gozen’s massive weapon is impressive, I did not find it dangerous. My opponent may not be very proficient with it. It’s possible that it is difficult to deal damage to an opponent who retreats and does not want to engage in close-combat. I prefer to play as mages or archers than fight a boss in close combat.

Although I don’t say that’s the best way. This is just my preferred playstyle. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I am sure Tomoe Gozen can be defeated more quickly and efficiently than I was able to, but I think this is the easiest and safest way to win, not only against Tomoe Gozen, but also against any other boss.
