Crimson Desert is full of puzzles and hidden mechanics. The game is packed with these elements at every turn, and it’s easy to miss some of them because the world is so vast and you can interact with just about anything. Candle puzzle in Crimson Desert – Legionary’s Gladius reward

Does the bridge in Crimson Desert look familiar to you? Are you sure that you didn’t forget anything? As you pass this bridge at the start of the game on your way to your first settlement, there is a place in the distance which should catch your attention. Here is your first treasure. You can find out more about the game by returning to this area and walking up to the statue.

The statue holds candles in both of its hands. Both candles must be lit. After that, the statue will appear and the grate blocking your hiding place will be lowered. You can now approach the chest and open it. You’ll find a Gladius of the Legionary inside.
