We are used to very difficult bosses in Nioh 3. Even just getting to the boss location is usually not that difficult. But there is one enemy with a health bar like a boss that cannot be called difficult. This is Green Shadow’s Blade. He appears at the start of the game in the first location and seems to be just an elite enemy, not a boss. It’s a completely different story when your enemy is difficult, such as Naito Masatoyo. At least I’ll show you the location where this boss is.

Green Shadow’s Blade Location and First Impression

On the map, you can see the location of the boss Green Shadow’s Blade. This is one of the first bosses in the game. After defeating the formidable Yamagata Masakage, you won’t even notice this opponent. When I was exploring this region, which is available in the free demo version of the game, I didn’t even realize right away that it was a boss.

In my case, I sneaked up from behind and immediately took away most of Green Shadow’s Blade’s health with a powerful blow. It’s interesting how big the difference is between this enemy and Jakotsu-baba. It’s just a huge gap. Green Shadow’s Blade looks like an elite enemy. An ordinary samurai with increased health.

Why Green Shadow’s Blade Is One of the Easiest Bosses in Nioh 3

Even other similar opponents turned out to be much more difficult than this boss. Therefore, I won’t even tell you the tactics for this battle. I added it only to collect videos of all the bosses in the game Nioh 3. At the stage of the game when I encountered the boss, I had not yet learned the Evade skill, so after using a throwing weapon, I had almost no stamina left. In general, you can simply throw ninjutsu at this enemy.

Interestingly, this enemy has a fairly limited area in which it can move. Therefore, when it goes beyond these limits, it tries to return.  But the good thing is that during this action, your progress in the battle with the boss is not reset and his health bar is not restored. So, for the first time, I was surprised to see that my kunai dealt increased damage to the enemy’s back, because I didn’t go behind him, but he politely turned his back to me. It’s incredible. This is an opponent you don’t want to waste your ultimate ability on. The samurai just runs after you and attacks very rarely.
