I will not describe the strategy and features of each boss here, as it is impossible to do so in one article. A sub-boss can be found sitting near the gate.

Kasha location in Nioh 3

The battle will begin when you enter the arena, after an intro cutscene.

Kondo Isami location in Nioh 3

Nuribotoke location in Nioh 3

You will find Nuribotoke inside a ruined emperor’s hall at the Accursed Temple (Honnoji) Crucible. It resembles to a gigantic statue possessed by a very powerful Yokai, and is the final boss on the Accursed Temple (Honnoji) Crucible.

Okita Soji location in Nioh 3

Open the Main Hall gate to begin the boss fight. This is the boss of the sub mission, Solitary Blade.

Onmoraki location in Nioh 3

Main boss of the sub-mission. You’ll automatically begin the battle after taking the Spirit Vein down.

Takasugi Shinsaku location in Nioh 3

You’ll find this boss on the top floor of the pleasure house.

Tokugawa Yoshinobu location in Nioh 3

Final boss of the Crucible.

Ibaraki Doji (2nd Encounter)  location in Nioh 3

Encountered here during the Sealed in the Stone Urn Myth.

Nagakura Shinpachi location in Nioh 3

Boss of the Myth: Peerless katana To start the battle, open the doors near Takasugi Shisaku and attack the enemies in the vicinity of the building. After defeating the boss you will receive the transformation art Groundquake Lightning for the Odachi. After the battle, speak to Takasugi to get the Mibu Temple Key.

Saito Hajime location in Nioh 3

Saito Hajime will attack as you enter alcove in the rocks. Part of the Shinsengumi Scheme Myth.

Enenra (2nd Encounter) location in Nioh 3

Enenra will appear from the whirling tornado as you approach.

Joro-gumo location in Nioh 3

Head toward the corpse in the center and you’ll be ambushed by this monstrosity.

Kamaitachi (3rd Encounter) location in Nioh 3

You will encounter Kamaitachi for the third time in Rokuhara, and he will appear as a Lesser Crucible

Mezuki (2nd Encounter) location in Nioh 3

You can fin Mezuki wandering up and down the road here.

Onryoki (3rd Encounter) location in Nioh 3

Take the nearby Spirit Vein to go to the area where Onryoki resides. Defeat it to obtain the transformation art: Coiled Spring Pierce (Dual Ninja Swords).

Shinsengumi Member Hattori Takeo location in Nioh 3

Found out in the open in this square at the center of Shichijo.

Demon of Obsession location in Nioh 3

This will only appear after you have completed the main mission Accursed temple. To begin the fight, cross the bridge east of the Abandoned temple and walk toward the ominous dark shadow. One of the three secret bosses.

Hiruko location in Nioh 3

You’ll fight a story boss here. This is a two-phase battle.

Kusanagi location in Nioh 3
