Baba Nobuharu location in Nioh 3
This is a large corrupted boss that is armed with an axe and uses projections of itself to guide him with some of his attacks. This boss is located in Futamata during The Battle of Futamata Castle quest, and is also mentioned during the Depicting the Tiger of Kai quest. To find Baba Nobuharu, you must travel a long way, destroying enemies along the way and collecting various bonuses. At the end of the road, you will find a castle where the boss is located.

Bloodedge Demon in Nioh 3
This is a challenging boss that will reward you with a nice drop if you defeat it. To find Bloodedge Demon, you need to defeat the red marks of fallen players. Then you will see a message in the sanctuary that Bloodedge Demon has appeared. Now, when you defeat a red grave of a player again, you will see red lanterns flying in the direction of the boss. Arrows will appear on the map, indicating the direction to the boss. He can appear in any location on the map. Follow the arrows and you will find the Bloodedge Demon at the intersection.

Hino-enma location in Nioh 3
Hino-Enma, a humanoid being, attracts young males with her beauty. She will then cover them with spider silk to suck their life from them. Hino-Enma has the appearance of both a spider, and a bat. Hino-Enma will be a formidable enemy that you’ll encounter while exploring the Haunting Caverns in Maisaka. The boss arena can be found by heading north from the Ascetic Passage Shrine during the The Demon of the Haunting Caves Submission. After a short cutscene, the battle will begin.

Jakotsu-Baba location in Nioh 3
Semi-humanoid bosses with scary demonic faces. She has a large serpent-like skeleton on her right, and a frosty skeleton creature attached to her left. She carries a staff that looks like wood and has long, sharp claw-like nails. Jakotsu Baba is a yokai who appears as a woman in her 80s accompanied by twin large snakes. Her right hand contains a blue serpent that controls ice and her left hand a red one that controls fire.
As if they were her limbs, the snakes obey her commands. Jakotsu Baba is said to harbor a deep grudge against humanity because she was married to Jagoemon – the leader of snakes humans had sealed away.

Takeda Shingen location in Nioh 3
Takeda is one of the most powerful warlords in his time and was originally an NPC. He expanded his territory rapidly through diplomatic and military means, from the geographically challenged Kai to Shinano and Suruga in central Shizuoka Prefecture.

Hattori Hanzo starts out as an NPC, but becomes a boss once he reminds you of your promise to train with him. He is encountered in the questline ” Demon Regimen”. Initially, he can be found just north of Hamamatsu Post – Terrace Shrine.

Ninja Yoki location in Nioh 3
The Ninja Yoki has been called one of the Yokai masters. The Ninja Yoki is encountered during the myth “Those who Live in the Shadows”, in the region of Iinoya. You will be accompanied when you confront the Ninja Yoki by a mysterious Ninja named “Fuma Kotaro”.

Nupeppo location in Nioh 3
Nuppeppo, a type yokai with an odd appearance. Nuppeppo appears in a recipe to cure Tokugawa Ieyasu of his illness. Nuppeppo contains a key component to make a medicine to end Ieyasu’s suffering. Nuppeppo is found outside the Hamamatsu Castle in the myth “Heel Pain”.

Onryoki will be one of your Formidable enemies in the land of Lake Sanaru. Onryoki is encountered during the myth “The Great Shogun of Heian Era” where you must defeat Onryoki to complete the quest. Onryoki, a giant creature with characteristics similar to a humanoid, is the main antagonist of Nioh 3 “The Great Shogun of the Heian Era”.

Ryomen is the main boss in the Iinoya region. He wields an axe, a sword and a bow. Ryomen Sukuna is the main enemy in the Iinoya area. You will encounter him during the myth “Fated Land” quest, where Ii Naotora asks for your help in clearing out the yokais at the Ryotan temple. Sukuna was also a former Ii retainer that was killed because of their betrayal.

Oki was once human, but he became a Samurai fiend. The Yoki has a muscular build, and it is known to have abilities similar to a Samurai. The Yoki uses its sword to fight anyone who dares confront it. Yoki will appear as you continue your quest to ” a Drop of Hope”, in which part of the quest is to eliminate Yoki. You can then enter the house of the man and talk to his wife’s spirit, completing your quest ” A drop of Hope”.

Anayaman Nobutada will be one of your Formidable enemies as you explore the lands Futamata. Nobutada and his men will be guarding the temple as you approach Futamata Castle. He will kill anyone that dares pass by.

The Blood-Spurting Ogin is the main boss in one of enemy outposts located north of Hamamatsu Hill. This boss will be encountered before you are able to find the hidden Kodama. Bosses is a powerful enemy that you will encounter at the end of missions.

You can challenge Ittosai to a duel as long as you are alone, as he will not accept your challenge to a duel if you have a companion.
